Welcome to my Blog site for food mad and especially Braaiing (BBQ) mad people, I plan to post at least once a week something that I have cooked on the Braai for ONE WHOLE YEAR. So join me on this journey in all weathers come what may rain, wind, snow and hopefully sunshine as well as plenty of great food. So if there is something you would like to see cooked, just drop me a line and I will try to cook it.
Note that I will not be referring to Braaiing or Braai as BBQ after this page because as a South African there is only one "BRAAI"!
